We can assist your company in establishing a worker’s compensation panel provider list with physicians that provide high quality care, as well as being knowledgeable in statutory and regulatory issues.

  • When necessary, case managers are available to accompany employees to medical appointments. This assures the medical provider and employee receive factual information as it pertains to the worker’s compensation claim. Additionally, modified duty availability would be discussed to minimize lost work time.

  • We will evaluate treatment plans and assure compliance with nationally recognized guidelines. When these plans are found inconsistent with such guidelines, our Case Managers will discuss the treatment plan with the medical provider.

  • At the onset of all Worker’s Compensation claims, our Case Managers will assure 4-point contact with employee, employer, insurer and medical provider to maintain open communication and an accelerated return to work resolution.
