Based on the needs specific to your situation, our Physician and/or Certified Nurse Practitioner will provide a medical assessment of your potential new employee, or existing employee's physical ability to perform the functional requirements of the job. We can incorporate any proprietary assessment tool, including physical and cognitive abilities into our examination. This provides you with the tools you need to safely place employees into your workplace.

Based on your functional assessment of the job, our team of professionals will assess the candidates ability to perform the job safely. We will also provide recommendations for accommodations when necessary. We have in-house medical assessment forms, or we would be happy to complete your company form.

Our professionals will provide new or recertification DOT physical examinations. We maintain all records in a confidential file for company contact access as required. Our professionals will complete the appropriate medical tests including urinalysis for certification.

Mid-State offers a complete compliment of physical examinations related to chemical exposures. Assessing an employee for Lead, Zinc, Solvents, etc. Our professionals utilize one of the largest reference laboratories in the county. We also have the appropriate employee survey forms for exposure related examinations and testing.
