Dr. Sam Schrack, joined the Williamsport office in August, 2011. He is a Clinton County native and a graduate of Lock Haven University, Hahnemann University, and Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and was a solo family physician in Williamsport for over 20 years.  His experience has also included emergency medicine, obstetrics, and nursing home medical director. His occupational medical experience includes serving as company physician for many local businesses and industries, and he currently is a team physician for the Williamsport Crosscutters baseball team. Dr. Schrack is an airman medical examiner designated by the FAA to perform all classes of flight physicals. He is an instrument rated pilot and former aircraft owner. He retired from the Army and Air National Guard with the rank of Major. Dr. Schrack is active in the American Academy of Family Physicians and has served as President of the Lycoming County Medical Society.
